You can contact us by phone or email.

You may wish to pay us a compliment or make a complaint, let us know about something special your child has achieved, or contact the Head Teacher directly. For full details please see below.

  • Please always contact your son/daughter’s mentor in the first instance. Mentor contact details can be found here.
  • You should expect to have your phone call returned or your email replied to within 48 hours. Due to daily teaching duties, staff may not be able to respond immediately. Please respect this.
  • Please avoid coming to Reception without an appointment. For the same reason as above staff may not be able to respond immediately and you will be asked to wait; or preferably arrange for an appointment at another time.
  • If a call or request for information requires a swifter response, please ensure that you explain to the reception staff dealing with your call that the matter is urgent, or write Urgent in the Subject line of an email.
  • Please note we will be transitioning to a new app in the New Year; further details to follow.
  • Abusive and/or threatening behaviour towards our staff in any form will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate abusive phone calls and will report any such incidents to the Police.
