Please see below a short note on the Friends of Ysgol Harri Tudur/Henry Tudor School.

We welcome all new members to help assist and support the school, with a specific welcome and invite to the parents and guardians of our new Year 7 intake.

Opening of the School Shop

Please note the School Shop will open on Wednesday 3rd November 2021 from between 1530 and 1730 hrs. It will be run by The Friends of the school. The shop will be open every Wednesday thereafter unless informed otherwise.

Due to Covid, bookings to visit the shop will be required beforehand; this will be a simple booking system via either Reception (01646 682461, between 0800 and 1600 hrs) or by email Reception@yht.wales, with 15 minutes allocated per slot.

Please also note the following;

  • Cash/cheque only to start with; electronic payment means to follow.
  • New and second hand items will be for sale; items in stock may initially be limited in number.
  • Parents should bring sizes – at present we cannot allow items to be tried on.
  • However, if something does not fit, please return the item (clean and laundered) to school within a week for a refund.

Our exam breakfast club grant application to the Tesco Community Grants Scheme has been voted the highest of the shortlisted applications; we have therefore been awarded £1500. Thank you to all who have supported this by placing blue Grant Tokens, on shopping at Tesco, into the school bin.  Read More…

Ysgol Harri Tudur/ Henry Tudor School held our 2023 Remembrance Service this morning. Our Military Prep learners and learners representing all of the learners in the school, laid wreaths to remember those military personnel who have fallen in battle.
